The question was , what was he like a baby. And the convesation is below:
Mom : You can write “My mom says, I was an Angel kid as I never cried for anything.”
Ridvik: Mom, Why are you telling “I was”, I want to write “I am”.
Mom : Well, if you didn’t get yellow 5 days in a row last week I would have said that. But, now you are getting in trouble. So, I can’t.
Ridvik : Mom , please , please please, tell me I can put am.
Mom : OK,What ever. Just go ahead and write “am”.

So, he wrote “am” on the sheet and quickly erased it and said, “Well, Mrs.Risk knows it.

Ridvik: No, then there is actually 3 meanings. You left the other one…
Mom: puzzled look… What is it?
Ridvik: You know the sexy hot… when people say you are hot…That kinda thing….
Mom: Duh!!! Isn’t it a little too early to talk such things… I don’t think I knew these kinda things when I was in second grade….

Ridvik : xxx(He gave the name) has a crush on me…
Me: W..h..a..t ? What’s a crush?
Ridvik: El o vee eee
Me: Oh! That’s not good…
Ridvik: She has crush on me. I don’t.
Me: Well, that’s good news! Then tell her that.
Ridvik: No I can’t. We were friends before and now she crossed(Crosses his hands against the chest and imitating like crossing) her mind and
now she cannot change that.
Me: Did you talk about this at school?
Ridvik: No. I did not Because she said it is a secret. And its not good to hold secrets with family. So, I’m telling you….
I expected this to hit me a little later. Isn’t first grade a little too early to be having such discussions?
